I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were renovated and very clean, offering a comfortable accommodation. However, the service was lacking as the staff were not very welcoming and appeared more focused on chatting amongst themselves than assisting guests. The location, though, was fantastic, right in the heart of Florence with easy access to all the city highlights. The dining experience was delightful with delicious croissants included in our reasonable rate. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.
